Design

Vineyard design is a key component of any of Absolute Viticulture development. Soil mapping, surveying, matching varieties and clones to soil types and taking into account aspect, all contribute to the overall success of a vineyard. Absolute Viticulture also assists in irrigation design and trellis design.

Soil preparation

Soil preparation is vital in any successful vineyard development. Absolute Viticulture has access to RTK GPS auto steer machinery with 2cm accuracy. This technology is used for ripping, mounding and fertiliser spreading to ensure the soil is in the best condition possible before planting.

Utilising pneumatic post drivers allows us to efficiently install timber or steel posts into even the toughest ground. This technology has minimal impact on the post itself and can be mounted on both tractor and exactor meaning access to any site is not restricted.
